We are an Istanbul-based boutique law firm providing practical, business-minded advice to companies of all sizes—including startups, freelancers, and non-profits—on the commercial matters they run. We treat law as a problem-solving toolkit: clear strategy, plain-language documents, and timely execution, always with the client’s goals at the center.
Our firm is led by Merih Okuyaz, a lawyer admitted to the Istanbul Bar Association. Merih holds an LL.B. from Marmara University Faculty of Law and completed international-law studies at the University of Szeged, building a strong cross-border foundation. Before establishing the practice, she learned international trade by handling commercial vessels—some of the most valuable assets in commerce—covering charterparties, bills of lading and insurer/port coordination, and developed a cross-disciplinary way of working that connects transactions, documentation, risk and operations.
